The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy walking access to the canals and numerous dining options nearby. the host, Paulo, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with lots of insider tips and recommendations for exploring the city. He even took the time to give us a mini tour of the notable locations in the area, which was a really nice touch. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The only downside for me was the size of the bed. As a tall person, I found it a bit small and slightly uncomfortable to sleep in.

We stayed here for 1 night, it was very comfortable. Location was easy, 10 minutes' drive from Ria de Aveiro.

During my recent stay at Aveiro Central - It'S All There, I was truly impressed with the beautiful apartment and the cool room where I slept. The location of the apartment was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the main landmarks in the area. I also appreciated the warm hospitality of the owner, who welcomed us with a bottle of Porto wine. The kitchen was another highlight, as it was spacious and well-equipped. Additionally, the host provided us with a detailed presentation of Aveiro, complete with pictures and recommended routes.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the insect we found on the couch in our room. However, it was not a major issue and we simply released it outside.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we loved the warm welcome and the helpful tourist guides provided by Paulo. the apartment had everything we needed, from maps and restaurant recommendations to tickets for cultural events. Paulo was always available for questions and assistance, making our stay one of the best we've had.
